Hello everyone. My name is Leon Antonio Higley.
I have been Tattooing since I can remember. I am a Licensed Professional here in the State of Oregon. I love Tattooing. It has brought me a new peace. I love the atmosphere, the people, and the constant artistic push from my co-workers.
I AM a Southern California Boy. I grew up in Orange County and learned my trade from a few of the local Tattoo artists. Some of my greatest influences have been people like Jack Rudy, Big Gus, Clae Welch, Chad Williams, Wit Mcknight, Ty McEwen, Jeff Gogue, and Damon Conklin. Some are my super close friends and some are idols that push me every day when I look at their art. Another inspiration of mine is Corey Miller. He is the one that told me “Tattooing is a Carney’s lifestyle”. I totally believe in that saying. I love to talk. Duh….. hahaha
Currently I live in La Grande Oregon. I Own and Operate Redemption Tattoo which will be at our new location soon. I have done some really fun pieces here in Eastern Oregon. I love the people and the scenery is absolutely Beautiful. Come on down to the shop and get tattooed.
